Bourbon Butterbeer

A few of our favorite things...

Bourbon.  Butter.  Beer.  Sounds good to us!

Okay, this cocktail isn’t exactly made with butter and beer.  Even better, it’s a tantalizing combo of Gentry Bourbon, ginger beer and apple cider, with a hint of balanced buttery sweet richness.

Once you’ve tried it, you’ll see why it’s simply one of our seasonal favorites.

  2. Remove from heat and add 1tsp butter, stirring until it melts.  Allow to cool.

  3. Optional, dip a glass into butterscotch for a tasty rim.

  4. In a cocktail shaker mix 2oz Gentry Bourbon, 1oz of the buttered brown sugar simple syrup, and 2oz apple cider.
