S'mores Hot Chocolate

A treat for a mallow Monday...

When the weather gets chilly, what’s better than a cup of your favorite hot chocolate?

A cup of your favorite hot chocolate spiked with Hatfield & McCoy Whiskey and topped with toasted marshmallows, of course.

This chocolatey treat is sure to keep you warm and melt away the Monday blues.  

S'mores Hot Chocolate


2oz Hatfield & McCoy Whiskey

6oz Hot milk

2oz Semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

(or, ingredients needed for/packet of your favorite hot chocolate)

For the rim

Marshmallow fluff

Graham crackers, crushed

For the garnish (optional):

Jumbo marshmallow, toasted
Whipped cream

*makes one cocktail*

Mix it all up...

  1. Optional, spread marshmallow fluff around the rim of your glass and then twist the rim in a shallow bowl of crushed graham crackers.

  2. Add 2oz chopped semisweet chocolate to the glass, and then pour 6oz hot milk over the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate has dissolved.  Or, prepare your favorite hot chocolate.

  3. Stir in 2oz Hatfield & McCoy Whiskey


  4. Optional, top with jumbo marshmallow and toast with a kitchen torch, or garnish with whipped cream and more crushed graham crackers.
